Veloza Membership — Overview & Terms
The Veloza Membership (the “Membership”) is offered by Veloza (“Veloza,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to anyone (“you” or “member”) who purchases the Membership. By purchasing the Membership, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which supplement our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on our website. It is your responsibility to review updates periodically. Continuing to use the Membership after changes means you accept the new Terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to purchase the Membership. We do not offer memberships to minors.
Purchase & Payment
The Veloza Membership is a one-time payment of the price shown on the Veloza Membership product page at the time of purchase. It is not a subscription: there are no recurring charges and you will not be billed again.
On a product page, choosing Membership Price adds the selected item and the Veloza Membership to your cart (the Membership is only added if it is not in your cart yet). Choosing Guest Price adds only the selected item, at the regular price.
Membership Benefits
As a member, you receive:
- The Membership Price on eligible Veloza items, applied automatically at checkout as shown in your cart;
- Early access to new products;
- Special offers.
If you remove the Veloza Membership from your cart, the Membership Price no longer applies and items return to their regular price.
Refunds
Refunds for the Membership are handled under our Refund Policy and evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on timing and circumstances.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, at any time.
Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information when placing an order and to update it as necessary to complete transactions and communicate with you.
We may limit or cancel orders that appear to be from resellers or violate our policies.
Privacy
Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our services for unlawful or abusive purposes, including but not limited to: harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, or transmitting malicious content. Violation may result in termination of your Membership.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Membership and all services and products are provided “as is” without warranties. Veloza and its affiliates are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Membership or products.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain valid. These Terms constitute the full agreement regarding the Membership.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
